Since having discovered the fantasy/science fiction area of my small town Jr. High library, I’ve been a fan since the sixties. Admittedly, I’ll read anything-once. I picked up the first two books in the Shadows series and promptly disappeared into your story. Heaven help me if I can’t get my hands on the third book. After almost 50 years of reading the good, the bad and primarily, the indifferent, I’ve finally stumbled across another truly great fantasy writer. Thanks for the ride…Storm

Wow Brent, i have completely adored reading the Night Angel Trilogy. I was looking for something new to read and really get into the fantasy style world. I was looking around waterstones’ fantasy section and i swear that your book almost called to me to buy the first one. i wanted something to read during summer casually but my god had i devoured the first book and the story kept getting better and better. You have a talent in writing uncomparable to other modern writers. from the very first word i got immersed as though i was watching everything right in front of me. The way you intertwine description to thoughts and feelings of your characters is simply brilliant. I cannot wait for The Black Prism to come out. I very highly look forward to its realease!!

I was on Amazon one day, searching around for some kind of fantasy/action/romance novel that could rock my experiences I had with The Golden Compass Trilogy and other epic fantasy novels I’d read in early high school and a few throughout college (I’m 24 now). I haven’t really searched out anything since, and what I have found has been weak at best.

I scoped out some reviews on this book and decided to give it a try. I read the first one halfway through, life got busy, and I picked it up a few weeks later to finish it. And man, could I finish it.

I immediately ordered the set of all three (yes I have two copies of the first one), and within a week finished the last two books. I mean, devoured them. I even got scared, 3/4 into the last book, because I didn’t want it to end! And I knew if certain things were to happen, I would cry, laugh, or scream, and my life would be affected for days, haha. What an INCREDIBLE journey with characters you are tied and bound too. I felt like I was in a movie and these people were my friends or enemies. I can’t even fully express my gratitude for Mr. Weeks for writing this story. Romance, Love, Humor, Sex, Action, Fantasy and on and on… I. Loved. These. Books.

There is no way these books could ever be bound to a single movie. It would have to be a series to capture all the beauty of these places and characters, and even then, wouldn’t do it justice.

new Barnes and Nobles here in town so went in thinking not gonna find anything i like, then i pick up Way of Shadows and couldnt stop reading and within two weeks i have read the first two and already about 200 pages of the last one, it has been a few years since i have read anything that i have liked and relates to stuff that i enjoy.

Hey Brant, I just finished reading The Night Angel Trilogy. Loved it!! I was hoping for a fourth book but guess not eh? Haha, well they were all great books, my favorite charactor would have to be Vi. She reminds me of me haha i do have a temper. Well i do have a question, will there be a movie? I would so watch them and i know my dad would to, thanks so much!

Hey there Brent, Well what can I tell you I love all your books!!!! I really feel like I did have alot in common with Kylar as well as the wasy he gets along with Elene and Uly. I really could say that he is me in the way he is. LOL I love all the characters and their role they have in the book Thanks for such a fantastic Trilogy. I really would love to see a movie about your books they would be the best!!!

books are great!!! I have just finished the way of the shadows and now i am starting to get into the shadows edge. These books have really made me want to read at my free times. Thanks for the great books.

OMG111 Me. Brent i sencerely congradulate you on a job well done. The night angel trilogy has to be the best books i have ever read, and probily will ever redad . im serious i think youre books are friking amazing!!! and not just because im into stuff like the things in your books but because they’re just amazing. i truly think they should start a night angels anonomous(NAA) for all those people like me that are addicted to youre booke even after you read them!! you are now my new favorite author. i sincerely thank you for writing these books, im serious i dont know what my life would be like without them!

Oh man, these books kept me busy for weeks. Seriously, I couldn’t go a single day without reading it. Totally addicting, even got my non-reading friends into it. Totally amazing, great great work Mr.Weeks. You are my new favorite author. I also heard Cam from Never Back Down bought movie rights to your books? true? I hope because I’d just have to go. ^.^ thank you for such an amazing series.
